Generally yes, one of us will work with you. Yet we onboard experts where needed or also have holiday coverage. We can align this in our contract if this is something you want us to cover for or if you prefer to cover this in-house.
When we sign up for a package do I always have the same contact person or does it switch?
That depends on the package. Principally we are working remote with max one day a week onsite. For the largest package “Scale up” we tailor on site presence to your needs.
Are you onsite or remote?
Absolutely. We have standard packages but can deviate and tailor our offering to your situation.
I do not need your support with admin, payroll and recruiting but have other HR topics. Can I still work with you?
We do not work with classical SLAs as we are not running operational processes at scale. You will sign a contract of work and agree on the delivery for you. In alignment with you, you will receive reports (cadence to be determined together) on where we stand and what has been achieved.

Depending on the complexity of the project, duration and your financial situation our hourly fee can vary. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote.
What is your hourly fee?
You can cancel our monthly services anytime, with 1 month notice. Note: If you have chosen the pre-paid set up, we cannot issue you a refund.
Can we cancel the contract anytime with immediate effect?
In our packages we do not offer in-house payroll management. What we offer is assisting with payroll preparation (Lohnvorbereitende Lohnbuchhaltung), or if you have someone internally we can guide them. We can also review your overall payroll and provider set up and recommend improvements.
Are you able to run our payroll entirely?
In our packages we do not offer to set up any legal documents as we are not legal councils and need to work with experts.

Are you able to run our administration?
We are tech savvy people and therefore we can adapt to most systems. Collectively we have worked with Personio, BambooHR, Workday, Peakon, Culture Amp, Greenhouse, Small Improvements and Leapsome.
Can you work on our systems?
We have high competency in recruitment and can lead, optimise and scale this function easily. In our package this is included on a supervisory level. Hands-on recruitment and sourcing is not included. Simply because the speed, amount and complexity needs to be assessed per role. We can assess together your needs and see what can be included and what needs to be outsourced and therefore has add on costs. You can trust that we know exactly what to do here.
Are you able to run our recruiting entirely?
This depends on how you choose to work with us: As external consultants or embedded in your organization. As externals you can reach us through Email, slack and telephone. With an embedded approach, we adapt to your internal structure.
